Tango Not Allowing Second Bank Verification for Withdrawal
I have been experiencing an issue with Tango for the past two months regarding a withdrawal to my bank account. During the process, I was asked to verify my bank account, but I was given only one attempt to complete the verification. After that attempt failed, I was not given any additional opportunity to verify my account, which has prevented me from proceeding with my withdrawal.
Throughout this two-month period, I have contacted Tango customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. Being unable to verify my account and complete my withdrawal for such an extended period has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my trust in the service.
I kindly request that a new verification attempt be enabled for my bank account or that an alternative solution be provided so that I can complete the verification and finalize my withdrawal without any further delay.
