I recently used Binance Web3 for a transaction and deeply regret it. Although the balance still appears in my account, I’m unable to withdraw any of it. This is incredibly concerning. I chose Binance Web3 because I trusted Binance as a brand and expected the same level of security and support from this platform.
Now I’m stuck, watching my money sit there with no way to access it. I’ve tried every available method to resolve the issue but haven’t received any meaningful assistance so far. At the very least, I should be able to recover my original investment.
I urgently request Binance to look into this and provide a clear, prompt solution. I expect accountability from a platform of this size.
