Bitlo Kept My Money Without Transfer, Customer Service Did Not Help!
Bitlo has not transferred the money I loaded to my account for 8 hours. Every time I use it, I end up waiting for hours. I even contacted customer service, but they provided no clear explanation for the delay. It is frustrating to see my funds in limbo with no sign of progress. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to make fast transactions. It is nothing but disgrace. Alternative apps are faster and more secure. Bitlo is a waste of time. Waiting 8 hours is too long, and I am losing trust in this platform.
