Cannot Recover Free Fire Account After Data and Password Reset

I have been a long-time Free Fire player using my Android phone (Redmi A1), and around June 20, 2025, my Free Fire account was hacked. Since that date, I have completely lost access to it. My best friend, who knows me personally, somehow gained access to my Gmail account, erased all data from my phone, and changed all my passwords. As a result, I currently have no way to sign in to my Gmail or recover my Free Fire account through normal methods.
The main hacked Free Fire account had UID 4792353552, with the in-game name “Old_Prime_FF” (later changed by the hacker to “TE SPEED”) and was at level 61. In addition, I also lost a related “Prime 3” account that was linked to the same email and used within the game.
Because all my data was erased and my Gmail credentials were changed, I no longer have access to any of my previous account information or settings. These accounts represent a significant amount of time and effort, and losing them has been extremely upsetting.
I have already contacted Garena Free Fire support and attempted to get help through official channels, but so far nothing has been resolved, and I still cannot access my accounts.
I kindly request that my Free Fire main account (UID: 4792353552, formerly “Old_Prime_FF,” now “TE SPEED”) be recovered and returned to me after proper security verification, so that I can safely regain access and continue using my account.
