I Can’t Withdraw My Balance from Stonex App
I am currently experiencing a serious issue with the Stonex investment app, where I can’t withdraw my balance. Despite repeated attempts, the withdrawal function is either unresponsive or simply not processing my request. I have funds stuck in the platform, and I feel completely helpless and ignored.
There’s no clear guidance within the app about what to do when something like this happens. I've searched everywhere for a solution, tried to reach out through every possible support channel, but received no effective response. I was advised to post my issue here to raise awareness and hopefully get proper support.
This is extremely frustrating. I invested my money in good faith, and now I’m unable to access it. I urge Stonex to resolve this withdrawal issue immediately and provide users like me with transparent, real-time assistance. We deserve to be heard and treated fairly.
