On 12/09/2025 at around 09:34, I had an issue with the payment for a taxi I ordered through the BiTaksi app. At the end of the ride, I paid ₺300 in cash to the driver. However, the driver claimed that the payment had not gone through by card and accepted the cash. Later, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that an additional ₺338.85 had also been charged to my card. This means I ended up paying twice for the same ride. I contacted BiTaksi customer service, but they said that since 10 days had passed, they could not recall the details. However, my cash payment is recorded in the system, and both BiTaksi and Vepara g7 can see this information. No campaign or discount was applied. I request that the extra ₺338.85 charged to my card be refunded.
