BiTaksi Payment Delays And Identity Verification Errors Causing Driver Losses

I am a commercial taxi driver using the BiTaksi application, and I earn approximately ₺90,000–₺95,000 per month solely through this platform. In addition to the commission and earnings the application already takes from each trip, I also pay a monthly membership fee of ₺3,800. Despite this, the application deposits my earnings 24 hours later than it should, marking the payment as “on hold” and delaying it. Although I accepted that technical issues might occur and continued using the application, the situation has become repetitive and unacceptable. On two separate occasions, after this 24-hour payment delay, I also faced another issue where the application did not allow me to work for the following 24 hours due to an alleged identity verification problem, even though my account was active. This meant that I was unable to accept rides for a full day and suffered direct income loss because of the application’s failure. On 28.11.2025, the same pattern occurred again, seriously affecting both my trust in the platform and my financial stability. I contacted BiTaksi customer service and was told the issue originated from the application and that my grievance would be resolved soon; however, despite these assurances, nothing has been fixed and the same disruptions have continued. As a driver who regularly works through this application and pays a ₺3,800 membership fee, I do not find it acceptable to be repeatedly prevented from working and to experience delayed payments. I request that the portion of my ₺3,800 membership fee corresponding to the days and periods during which I could not work or received delayed payments be refunded to me as a rightful partial refund. In addition, I expect BiTaksi to permanently resolve these identity verification and payment delay issues so that other taxi drivers using the application do not face the same hardships or have their work interrupted due to such technical problems.
