I Didn’t Receive Any Payment on BiTaksi Because the App Marked a Card Ride as Cash

BiTaksi may claim to care about its users, but in reality, it only protects its own interests. My recent experience as a driver proves it. A passenger selected credit card payment through the app, and I agreed. I dropped them off assuming everything was fine. Later, I checked the app and saw the ride had been marked as “cash paid”—but I never received any cash.
I contacted live support immediately and explained the situation. Instead of helping, they said there’s nothing they can do. No one even suggested the simplest step—like checking the passenger’s card transaction history. Their response? “It might have been the passenger’s mistake.” And with that, they closed the case.
So, I ended up getting no payment at all—not by card, not in cash—because of a flaw in the app or a careless system. And BiTaksi refuses to take responsibility or help resolve it.
BiTaksi, fix this broken payment system and actually support your drivers. We can’t keep working for free because your app can’t track transactions correctly. I want my ₺ and I want this issue addressed now.
