If BiTaksi charged your card twice for one trip and you want to resolve the double payment;
Contact BiTaksi support and your bank/card issuer with a clear escalation;
• State that you were charged twice for the same trip
• Provide your trip details: date/time, pickup & drop-off addresses, booking/order ID, driver’s name/plate (if available)
• Attach screenshots of both charges on your bank/card statement and the trip fare receipt from the BiTaksi app
• Include any transaction IDs or authorization codes if available
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether two payments were processed for the same trip in their system
• Explain why the duplicate charge occurred (POS error, app billing glitch, authorization vs. capture issue, etc.)
• Refund the duplicate amount promptly
• Provide a written confirmation that the double charge has been resolved and refunded
If support does not reply or delays;
