On Monday, July 20, I ordered a pair of London VL shoes from Birkenstock's official online store. Although it was stated that my order would be shipped within two days, my item still has not been dispatched. When I spoke with customer service representatives, I was informed that the online store was out of stock and that the product would be fulfilled from a physical retail store. However, despite the elapsed time, no shipment has been made and no tracking information has been provided.
