Asics Order Marked Shipped but Not Delivered – No Tracking Number Provided

I placed an order on the Asics website on March 15 for the Asics Gel-1130 model shoes, order number 129SM1671Y. Although my order shows as “shipped” in the system on March 17, several days have passed and the product has still not been delivered to me.

Additionally, when I contacted Asics, they were unable to provide a tracking number, even though the system indicates that the order has been shipped. During this process, I have called Asics customer service 10 times, and each time I was told that information had been requested from the relevant department and that I would receive a response. However, I have not received any updates or a clear explanation of where my order is.

If the product has actually been shipped, I request that my shipping details be shared with me immediately. If the product cannot be delivered, I request that my order be canceled and that I receive a full refund as soon as possible.
