Birkenstock Online Order Delayed for Weeks Without Shipping Status
On July 23, I placed an order through Birkenstock's official website, but despite many days having passed, it has still not been shipped. Even though the payment was processed, I see no progress on my order status. My order number is 3295972893612687.
When I contacted customer service regarding the matter, they informed me that the item was out of stock in their warehouse and would be sourced from a retail store, for which request number 6713 was created. However, even after this conversation, my order was not shipped, and no concrete action was taken.
As a customer who expects to receive their order on time, I demand that my issue be resolved, my product be urgently sourced and shipped, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed update regarding the process.
