Birkenstock Boston Suede Upper Cracks After Only Two Months

On May 31, 2026, I purchased a pair of Birkenstock Boston model clogs for $235 (including VAT) under invoice number nep2026001636002. However, cracks formed on the suede portion of both clogs after only about two months of use.
Following this issue, I dropped off the product on July 27, 2026, at the SuperStep store in Kanyon Shopping Mall, Istanbul, under transaction record sup915817 for official inspection. I consider such rapid cracking to be a clear manufacturing defect.
Under consumer protection laws regarding defective goods, I demand a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new pair. I request that the necessary inspection be completed quickly and that I be updated on the outcome.
