Birkenstock Sandals Suffer Severe Deformation After Only Three Wears

On June 18, 2026, I purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals from the İzmir Point Boyner store. Even though I only wore them three times, severe deformation occurred on the sole and inner footbed. Wearing out like this in such a short timeframe is completely inconsistent with the brand's expected quality.

I sent the sandals in for formal inspection, but when I visited the store, I was handed a written notice informing me that the review had a negative outcome. I absolutely refuse to accept this rejection, as the sandals deteriorated under completely normal use within a very short period. Following my objection, a second follow-up ticket was created at the store, but I was not provided with any expected resolution date.

I believe this product is defective and demand that my issue be resolved. I request a full refund or a product exchange for these sandals.
