I Face Improper Sale of a Bioderma Sensibio H2O Product Marked “Not for Individual Sale”
Five days ago, I purchased a Bioderma Sensibio H2O product from Alya Pharmacy located in Kepez, Antalya. After returning home, I noticed that the back of the product label clearly states “This product is not for individual sale.”
However, the pharmacy sold the item individually, without any accompanying product, gift, or explanation — claiming it was offered at a discounted price. I didn’t realize this detail at the time of purchase, so I couldn’t raise the issue at the counter. I only noticed the warning label later when I checked the product at home.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt, so I’m unable to share it. I have also not yet contacted the pharmacy or Bioderma customer service regarding this matter.
I request a clear explanation as to why a product labeled “not for individual sale” was sold separately, and I demand a refund for this improper transaction.
