Livu App Billing Me Without Account or App
Even though I do not have the “Livu” app installed on my iPhone (iOS), on November 17 and 18, 2025, a total of six unauthorized transactions were made on my Ziraat Bank credit card:
Four charges of $205
Two charges of 844.20 MYR
The transaction descriptions include “livu Hong Kong hk.” These payments were made entirely without my knowledge or consent, and I received no notification or authorization request for them.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I called Ziraat Bank. They immediately closed my card and informed me that I must file a dispute after 24 hours once the transactions move out of the “pending” status. The last four digits of my card are 2178.
I request that all unauthorized transactions be canceled and fully refunded. I also ask for a security investigation to determine how these charges were made when the app was not even installed on my device, and for the matter to be escalated to the appropriate senior management.
