Tickets.com Not Responding After Wrong Transfer — Requesting Refund
On October 15, 2025, I mistakenly transferred $784 to a Tickets.com.tr account through Ziraat Bank Ordu Korgan Branch’s online banking system. Immediately after realizing the mistake, I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service. I was told that I needed to speak with Tickets.com.tr directly in order to request a refund.
However, despite all my attempts to reach Tickets.com.tr, I have not received any response from them.
I have the receipt and transaction number for this transfer. I request that my issue be resolved and the incorrectly sent amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I urgently need assistance with this matter.
