How is this even possible, Binance? My open leveraged trade was suddenly closed, and I lost $450 without any reason. I was nowhere near liquidation, and I never placed an order to close the position. I was actively monitoring the trade, and it was already turning around when Binance forcefully closed it at a loss.
Why did this happen? This is completely unacceptable and unfair. A platform that claims to be trustworthy and secure should not be manipulating users' trades like this. I demand a full refund of my lost funds and a proper explanation for this issue. Binance must take responsibility for this unfair action immediately!
There is a mistake in Binance leverage transactions and they stopped me. I specifically checked the liquidation levels, and it shows that I was liquidated just above where the transaction turned, even though my liquidation level was much lower. Binance has done this to me before in another transaction. I have a complaint, but they said you closed it. They closed my transaction at a $550 loss, and that transaction tripled upwards. I was in a long position, and when the market couldn't liquidate me, the system closed it. The market is volatile, but many things have been done to me. Don't lose your money for nothing. If they solve my issue, I will write here. The mistake is theirs. I am complaining about Binance Global. We are talking about the giant Binance, believe me, when the earnings are understood, they find a way to crush you. I've seen everything in this market, price holding, everything.
