I recently opened a leveraged position on Rare/USDT through Binance Futures, and what I experienced was unacceptable. While my trade was clearly showing a profit, I suddenly noticed my balance drop into the negative. There was no logical explanation—my position was in profit, yet it reversed to a loss without any warning or market crash.
Worse still, in a subsequent position, Binance closed my trade at a loss even though I never set a stop-loss or gave any command to exit. I am seriously questioning the transparency and reliability of Binance’s trading systems. This seems like a technical or manipulation issue that cost me real money.
I demand a thorough investigation into my trades and an immediate refund of my lost profits. These kinds of discrepancies should not be happening on a global trading platform. I trusted Binance, and now I’m left disappointed and financially affected.
I need urgent support and a permanent fix to prevent this from happening to other users. Please take this complaint seriously.
