I was trading on Binance Futures and had two open positions. I manually closed one of them, but when I went to open a new trade shortly after, I noticed that the second position had also been closed—without me doing anything. I was shocked, because I never gave any instruction to close it.
Binance claims positions can’t be closed automatically unless they're liquidated. So I checked my liquidation price to be sure—and the market hadn’t even come close to it. There’s no explanation for why this position closed, and I lost money because of it.
I’m demanding either the return of my closed position or, if that’s not possible, at least a full refund of my losses and the fees I paid. Binance, this kind of unexplained behavior is unacceptable. You need to take responsibility for platform errors and provide real support when users are financially impacted. I expect this to be resolved immediately.
