Bigpoint Seafight Wrong Currency Charges And Customer Service

-Hello, I have been playing the Seafight game from Bigpoint for 2 years. I live in Turkey, but due to work I had to travel abroad and then return. After this, my ship’s payment flag was automatically switched to USD instead of the local currency. I contacted Bigpoint customer service multiple times and explained the issue, but despite writing repeatedly, they never fixed the problem. Instead, they even threatened me with closing my ship if I didn’t comply. This feels like an unfair and unacceptable practice against loyal players. I should be able to pay in my local currency without being penalized or intimidated. I am requesting that Bigpoint correct this issue immediately, restore fair billing, and stop using threats against players.
