I used the BetterMe Yoga app in June and canceled my subscription after one month, even deleting the app. However, I recently discovered that the app had saved my payment information without my consent and has been charging my card for months for a service I no longer use.
I am extremely frustrated to see unauthorized payments being taken for an app I haven’t used in months. This is a clear violation of trust and customer rights. I demand a full refund for all the unauthorized charges and an explanation of how my card details were saved without my permission. BetterMe must address this issue immediately and ensure it doesn’t happen to other users.
