I used the BetterMe app for a few weeks but wasn’t actively using it, so I removed it and canceled my subscription. However, I recently discovered that the app saved my payment information without my consent and has been charging my card for months for a service I no longer use. I am shocked and upset to see unauthorized payments being taken for an app I haven’t used in such a long time. This feels like a clear breach of trust and customer rights. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and an explanation of how my card details were saved without my permission. BetterMe must address this issue immediately and take steps to ensure it doesn’t happen to others.
