I signed up for the BetterMe Yoga app just to try it out, but I never even downloaded or used the app—not even once. Despite that, they’ve been charging my card for months without my knowledge or permission. I do not have an active subscription, yet the charges continue as if I do.
This is completely unfair and feels like I’ve been tricked into an ongoing payment scheme for a service I never actually used. I’m requesting that BetterMe immediately cancel any existing subscription under my name and fully refund all charges that were taken from my card without my authorization. This issue must be resolved as soon as possible.
