BetterMe Charged Me for 6 Months After Cancellation – I Want a Refund

I subscribed to BetterMe for a one-month paid membership during the summer. When I could no longer continue using it, I canceled my subscription. However, I recently discovered that BetterMe has been charging me every month for the past six months without my consent. This is completely unacceptable! I followed the cancellation process correctly, so why am I still being charged? I demand a full refund for these unauthorized payments and expect BetterMe to fix this issue immediately. It’s disappointing that such a well-rated app would trap users in ongoing charges. I urge BetterMe to stop charging customers unfairly and process my refund as soon as possible!
