BetterMe Still Charged My Card Despite Canceling Subscription

On March 18, 2023, I purchased a one-month subscription to the BetterMe app. However, I was dissatisfied with the service and promptly canceled my subscription. Despite the cancellation, I discovered today that ₺234.82 was charged to my credit card at 01:07, and this has been happening monthly.

This unauthorized charge is infuriating, especially since my subscription does not appear under the "Active Subscriptions" section. I reached out to Apple, but my issue remains unresolved. How can you justify taking monthly payments for a canceled subscription that I haven’t used?

I demand BetterMe refund the total amount of these unjust charges immediately and stop taking payments from my card without my consent. This is unacceptable.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
