BetterMe App Charged Me Without Usage – No Contact Info for Refund or Cancellation

I downloaded the BetterMe app and activated the free trial, but I stopped using it before the trial ended. When I reviewed my credit card statements, I discovered that since February 2024, I’ve been charged ₺420 per month, totaling ₺3360 over 8 months. I haven’t used the app since the trial, yet I’m unable to find any contact number or email to request a refund and cancel the subscription.

This lack of accessible customer support is incredibly frustrating. I urgently request a response to resolve this issue; otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I also need guidance on how to cancel my subscription entirely.
