I Got Charged by BetterMe for 13 Months Despite Never Using the App

I originally signed up for BetterMe in June 2024 just to test it out and paid ₺179 at that time. I never used the service beyond that initial trial and even deleted the app from my phone shortly after. Recently, while reviewing my credit card statement, I was shocked to discover that BetterMe has been charging me ₺350 every month for the past 13 months—a total I was completely unaware of until now.

I reinstalled the app just to cancel the subscription because there was no clear warning, notification, or consent for these recurring charges. This feels like an exploitative business model designed to silently charge users who are no longer active.

I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges and immediate confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled. BetterMe must stop withdrawing money from users who never agreed to a long-term subscription and didn’t even use the product.
