I’m completely fed up with the BetterMe app. I signed up for just a one-month package, expecting the payments to stop after that period. But despite canceling, the app continues to charge my card. This is completely unacceptable—I did not agree to any ongoing subscription beyond the initial payment.

What’s worse is that there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with a real person. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find a customer service number or live support. It feels like I’m being scammed and left with no way to fix it. I want this unauthorized billing to stop immediately.

BetterMe, I demand that you cancel all future payments, issue a full refund for the charges taken after my cancellation, and remove my card details from your system. Also, provide a proper way for users to contact support. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I won’t stay quiet while you continue taking my money without permission.
