I downloaded the BetterMe Pilates app and signed up, but later decided to cancel my subscription. Despite canceling, the app has been charging me monthly for several months, even though I’ve had no further use or interaction with the service since my cancellation.

This is completely unacceptable. If I’ve canceled, why am I still being charged? I want to cut all ties with the app, yet it continues to withdraw money from my account without my permission.

BetterMe, I’m demanding that you immediately stop all charges and issue a full refund for the months I was charged after canceling my membership. This is not just a billing mistake—it’s unauthorized and needs to be corrected at once. Respect your users and fix this now.
