BetterMe has been charging my credit card unfairly even though I canceled my subscription! I downloaded the app about a year and a half ago to try it out. After using it for only a month, I canceled my membership, yet they continue to withdraw money from my credit card through Google Pay.

This is completely unacceptable. I followed the proper cancellation steps, so why am I still being charged? I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges and for this issue to be permanently resolved.

BetterMe, stop taking money without consent and fix this now! If this is not resolved soon, I will take further action to recover my funds.
