BetterMe Keeps Charging Me Monthly—Can't Cancel or Access My Account

I signed up for a 1-month wall pilates program on the BetterMe app, but now they are continuing to charge my card every month, even though I am not using the app.

When I tried to log in and cancel my subscription, I kept getting password errors. Even after resetting my password, the app still doesn’t let me access my account. This means I have been charged for months without using the service, and they will keep deducting money unless this issue is fixed.

BetterMe, I demand an immediate cancellation and a full refund for the months I was charged without my consent! How can users cancel their subscriptions if your system won’t even let them log in? Fix this now!
