I signed up for the BetterMe app and used it only a few times. Since I wasn’t satisfied with the experience, I canceled my subscription directly through the app. It clearly shows my membership as "canceled," and I also confirmed that there’s no active subscription listed in my Apple payment settings.

However, despite all of that, the app keeps charging my account repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable. If a subscription is marked as canceled, why is money still being withdrawn from my account?

I am officially requesting a full refund for the unauthorized charges and a complete deletion of my account from the BetterMe platform. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I expected a professional service to honor my cancellation request, but this feels like I’m being taken advantage of. Please resolve this issue immediately and stop withdrawing money from my account.
