BetterMe Charged Me for Coaching Without Consent – Need Refund Immediately

I downloaded the BetterMe app and purchased the 28-day wall workout program. However, I just discovered that BetterMe charged me for one-on-one coaching without my consent. When I checked my bank statement, I saw the unauthorized payment had been taken from my account.

To make matters worse, there is no contact number available to resolve this issue or request a refund. I need the one-on-one coaching subscription canceled immediately, and the unauthorized charge refunded to my account as soon as possible.

This lack of transparency and unauthorized charges are unacceptable. BetterMe must address this urgently, and I expect clear communication and a swift resolution to this matter.
