BetterMe App Charged Me Without Consent — How to Get a Refund

When I first subscribed to the BetterMe: Health Coaching app, I paid $3 as a subscription fee. However, at the beginning of the second month, $8 was withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I do not accept this situation and consider it unauthorized.
The unauthorized charge was made on November 6, 2025. I made my initial payment using my credit card ending in 9843, through the BetterMe website.

I immediately canceled my subscription, but I did not receive a refund. I also tried to reach BetterMe’s customer support via email, but I haven’t received any response.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue — I have never had a similar problem before.

I request that the $8 withdrawn without my consent be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
