In PUBG Mobile, my account (ID: 5232*****84), which I use on my iPhone 13, was banned last night around 11:44 PM without any prior warning for “using third-party tools.” However, I have absolutely not used any third-party software, cheats, additional apps, or similar tools on my device or in the game.
About five minutes before the ban, I had logged into the game but did not even enter a match. After my last game session, I simply locked my phone screen while still in the game. When I unlocked it and tried to re-enter, I was immediately met with the ban notification. There was no suspicious activity, no use of any external application, and no interference with the game in any way.
I had purchased the Royale Pass using UC and was actively pushing my rank. At the time of the ban, I was Diamond I and about to reach Crown tier. Both the money I spent and the ranked progress I worked hard for have now been lost because of this ban.
I submitted an appeal regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I believe I was wrongfully banned. I request that my account and device logs be thoroughly reviewed, that it be confirmed I did not use any third-party tools, and that the ban on my account be lifted.
