PUBG UC Not Delivered After Credit Card Payment
This month, I experienced issues four times related to UC purchases in PUBG Mobile. In one transaction, I purchased 1,099.99 TL worth of UC using my credit card, and in the other three transactions, I purchased the same amount—1,099.99 TL worth of UC—through carrier billing charged to my phone bill. In all of these transactions, the payments were successfully processed and reflected as completed, but the UC was never credited to my account.
Although the payments were taken, the UC was not delivered, so I am unable to use what I paid for. Despite this, I have been charged for the transactions, which has caused me financial harm. Even though I submitted a request through in-game support, the issue has not been resolved.
I request that this recurring issue be investigated, that the full amount of UC I am entitled to be credited to my account, or alternatively, that all payments made be refunded. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
