ASICS Nimbus 27 Toe Box Hurts While Walking
I purchased the Asics Nimbus 27 (order number 514772) on December 10, 2025. When I wear the right shoe, the hard material inside the toe box bends inward while walking, causing pain in my foot. Because of this issue, I sent the product in for inspection. However, I was informed that no defect was found, and the shoes were returned to me. I was also told that since the product had been worn, it could not be exchanged or refunded.
As a result, it is not possible to determine whether there is a defect in a shoe by taking just a few steps at home. I am filing this complaint because the brand is not standing behind its product.
The toe of the shoe is in the middle, how can you not accept that there's a problem with the product? The curved part at the toe hurts my big toe. Your lack of response on this matter, your failure to stand behind your product is unacceptable. I will exercise all my rights to return the defective product.
