I purchased the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 running shoes on April 29, 2025, from the ASICS store at Zorlu Center in Istanbul. I used the product for approximately seven months, wearing it once or twice a week, which is relatively low frequency. Despite this, noticeable wear and tearing developed around the collar area and the upper inner back and side sections of both the right and left shoes. I noticed this issue in December 2025.
After experiencing this problem, I returned the product to the store where I purchased it for inspection. Following the review, I was informed that “the issue was not determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect.” However, considering how often and how long I used the shoes, as well as the product’s performance category, I believe that this level of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable and indicates a manufacturing quality issue.
I do not agree with the condition of the product or the negative inspection result I received, and I request that my grievance be resolved. I am asking for a full refund for my ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 shoes.
