Betsmove Not Adding Loss Bonus — Requesting Full Credit

On November 15, 2025, I requested a loss bonus on Betsmove. I applied immediately after my losses, but even after two days, no bonus was added to my account. I met all the bonus requirements, yet every time I contacted live support, I was given excuses and dismissed without any real assistance.

I’ve experienced similar issues before, and none of my previous requests were processed either.
My username is K*3**. My losses continue in different amounts such as 500, 1,000, and 1,500 TL, but none of the bonuses I’m entitled to are being credited to my account.

I request that my losses and the corresponding bonus be fully and promptly added to my account.
