I Face Withdrawal Rejection and Unhelpful Live Support on Betpark

I deposited money into my Betpark account and followed all withdrawal steps correctly, yet my withdrawal request was repeatedly canceled with vague excuses. When I contacted live support, I only received automatic and repetitive responses instead of a real solution. I kindly asked them to explain my situation with different wording, but every time they replied with the same scripted sentence.

They claimed that my account was using a "trial bonus on a shared IP," which is untrue. I clearly told them that this was a regular deposit, not a trial bonus, and simply asked for my money back. Despite my explanations, they kept giving the same generic answer without reviewing my individual case.

I spoke with someone named Y**** on live support, but it felt like I was talking to a bot, not a human. Eventually, they even shut down the live chat and left me without answers or my refund.

I am emotionally exhausted and financially impacted by this situation. I demand my rightful withdrawal be processed immediately and an official apology for the misleading and robotic support experience.
