Lost $2,700 on BetCio Casino – Slots Keep Crashing and Support Ignores Complaints

For the past month and a half, I’ve been experiencing serious issues in the casino section of the BetCio website, especially in the slot games. My spins often don’t register, the balance never increases, and shortly after the games start, the system throws me out. It’s very clear that this is being intentionally manipulated by the site.

During this time, I’ve deposited a total of over $2,700, and I’ve been repeatedly mistreated. I’ve contacted customer service several times about these problems, but I never received any real help — in fact, their responses were dismissive and almost mocking.
