Betcio Deleted My ₺4,885 Winnings Without Any Reason

I placed bets on Betcio, and after finally winning, my balance of ₺4,885 was suddenly deleted today without any explanation. My account number is 1131423*. I always log in through the official Telegram group link, and I have never once used a fake site.

When I contacted live support, they claimed that the issue was caused by me supposedly logging into a fake site, and therefore my winnings would not be refunded. I completely reject this excuse. I have deposited money into this site many times before, and whenever I lost, there was never any problem. But the very first time I win, my entire balance is erased. How is that fair?

To be clear: I have never logged into any fake site. I have deposited large amounts in the past—this time I deposited ₺385—and I never benefited from any promotion or special campaign. Everything was played fairly.

It is clear that Betcio is quick to accept deposits when players lose, but refuses to pay out when they win. I demand that my ₺4,885 winnings be fully refunded immediately. Customers should not be treated this way, and I expect a prompt resolution.
