Bershka Did Not Deliver My Electronic Gift Card or Refund My Money

I purchased an electronic gift card from Bershka on 02/01/2025 with order number 40283855196, but despite the charge being processed on my credit card, the gift card has not been delivered. I contacted their WhatsApp support, and they assured me the issue would be resolved, but nothing has been done. I even followed up multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but my efforts were ignored. I requested the cancellation of the gift card and a refund to my credit card, yet there has been no response. Bershka essentially took my money, and I am left without a way to directly contact them in Türkiye since their website only provides phone numbers for Spain. Calling that number would cost more than the value of the gift card itself.
