Bershka Canceled My Order After Payment—No Refund, Can't Reach Customer Service

I placed an order with Bershka on September 5, 2024, but for some unknown reason, my order was canceled after I had already paid for it. Despite the cancellation, I haven’t received a refund, and I’m unable to contact Bershka customer service for any updates. This is extremely frustrating, and I have no idea how to get information regarding my refund. I urgently request that Bershka process my refund as soon as possible and improve their customer service access. How can I get the support I need to resolve this issue? Please assist me in getting my money back promptly!
