I Face Bershka Refund Delay After $405 Order Was Canceled

On March 25, I placed an order on the Bershka website (Order No: 40276684895) for delivery to my address in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş, using my Ziraat Bank debit card for a total of approximately $405. My order was automatically canceled just a few hours later. However, even after 20 days, the refund has still not been credited to my account, and my money has essentially been held without access during this entire period.

During this time, I have contacted my bank multiple times. Ziraat Bank clearly states that the refund has never been received or reflected in my account. On the other hand, Bershka claims that the refund is still in a pre-authorization stage and that the bank is holding it. However, my bank denies any such pending transaction.

Additionally, on the same day, I made four other purchases using my credit card, and those orders were also automatically canceled. I have been waiting for refunds for those transactions as well. At this point, I have neither received any products nor any refunds.

After 20 days without any resolution, I request that the full amount of approximately $405 for this order, along with refunds for all other canceled purchases made on the same day, be credited to my account immediately and in full. I also demand that the dispute between Bershka and the bank be urgently resolved so that I no longer have to deal with this ongoing inconvenience.
