Bershka Cancels My Paid Order Without Notice or My Approval

My Bershka order number 40344070064 was placed with a promised delivery date of January 15–16, and I waited about 15 days for this order. My delivery address was in Konya.
During this time, I received emails confirming that there were no issues with my order and that the products would be shipped. However, today I received an email saying “your order has been successfully canceled” without any request or authorization from me. I did not cancel this order. Furthermore, I was given no reason, explanation, or advance notice for the cancellation.
I paid approximately $210 USD by credit card (converted from ~3,900 TL). Even though I was told during the order process that “your order will be shipped,” canceling the order without any explanation is both against consumer rights and shows a lack of respect for customers.
Therefore, I demand a written and clear explanation. I want to know the reason my order was canceled, who canceled it, and what system record shows this — especially since I was previously told the order would be shipped. If the products are still in stock, I request that my order be reactivated under the same conditions.
