I Face Bershka Not Refunding My Returned Order After Months

On January 16, I purchased an item from the Bershka online store using my credit card. Although I returned the product shortly afterward, months have passed and my refund has still not been processed.
I do not remember the exact return date, but the item was sent back via shipping soon after delivery. During this time, I contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was given vague responses such as “we are looking into it” or “the process is ongoing,” along with inconsistent excuses, but no concrete action has been taken.
I have not received any proper update, nor has my refund been completed. It is completely unacceptable that such a simple refund has still not been issued after several months, and this clearly reflects poor customer service. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in the brand and its sense of responsibility.
I have run out of patience. I demand that the full refund for my order number 40265338069 be immediately credited back to my card. Otherwise, I will pursue all available legal actions, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and I will follow this matter through to the end.
