Bershka's Delayed Product Returns and Poor Customer Service

As the recipient of order 40095676003, I am writing to express my disappointment in the service I have received thus far. I've been waiting 4 days for the return process to be finalized, despite the fact that it was shipped on January 10 and received by your company on January 11. To put it bluntly, I cannot tolerate this lag and require swift action to be taken. A product I bought from your store got linty in less than a week, and my wife only wore it three times before she gave up. I was told I needed a receipt for the return and that I would get an update within 2 days after I filled out the necessary paperwork. The return period is supposed to be 30 days, but I have yet to receive a response. It is important to me that you understand that if this problem is not resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, I will use this complaint form as evidence in the future. Better customer service and speedy problem solving are two things I demand as a paying customer.
