I ordered a product from Bershka's mobile application. When my product exceeded the estimated delivery time, I contacted customer service. I chose to have my product delivered to the store. And my product was returned to the warehouse due to the store's address change. I still view it as sent from the mobile app. The refund process was not initiated until I contacted customer service. Changing the address of the store is not the consumer's problem, in my opinion, the victimization of the consumer in such a situation damaged the brand image. If the product is being returned, why is there no notification? The fact that the refund will be reflected within 7-14 business days is already a waste of time.
